The purpose of processing personal data is identification of the person in the e-environment of EKA during the study process.
The legal basis for processing personal data is the Regulation No 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the Protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) Article 6 (1) (a) the data subject has given consent to the processing of his or her personal data for one or more specific purposes.
In the event of a study agreement on the acquisition of education by the applicant, further data processing, including data storage, is subject to the terms of this agreement. If a study agreement on the acquisition of education has not been concluded with the applicant, personal data will be stored for 30 (thirty) days from the date it becomes clear that the agreement will not be concluded. After that time, personal data are deleted or destroyed, depending on the kind of personal data storing.

The provision of the student information given in the registration form and the study agreement is a precondition for concluding a study agreement. In case it is not provided, no agreement can be concluded.
