The Network IQ Best Practice workshop shares experiences and discusses the results of implementing the Network IQ Train-the-Trainer

On May 8, 2024, the "Network IQ Best Practice" seminar took place online, during which its participants shared experiences and discussed the results of the implementation of the Train-the-Trainer activities of the "Network IQ Alliance" project. Head of the Development of the EKA Scientific Institution Dr. oec. Jevgenija Dehtjare′s report was about the "Networking and Leadership" lecture series, which was delivered on November 16 and 17, 2023, at Klaipeda State College (Klaipedos valstybine kolegija (KVK)), Lithuania. for students and teaching staff. (More about that HERE)

During the "Best Practice" seminar, Jevgenija Dehtjare′s trainer was Prof. Daria Gołębiowska-Tataj, who helped fill in the matrix about the outcomes and problems that Jevgenija faced during the elaboration of the course and its dissemination. "The coaching session she guided me through was indeed valuable and helped me to understand how the course could be improved in the future and how it might be wider disseminated," admits the Head of the Development of the EKA Scientific Institution and Network IQ Train-the-Trainer program participant.

"Network IQ Alliance", of which EKA is also a partner, is one of the projects of the Higher Education Initiative (HEI) program of the European Institute of Innovation and Technology (EIT). Strengthening the innovation capacity of higher education is one of the main priorities of the EIT in its new strategy "EIT Strategic Innovation Program 2021–2027.". It aims to support higher education institutions with knowledge and training, as well as access to the EIT′s innovation ecosystem and funding, enabling them to develop innovation action plans that complement their individual needs.
