SPORTA TIESĪBAS
Starptautiskā, starpdisciplinārā pētnieku grupa “Sporta tiesību aktualitātes” ir veltīta sporta tiesiskā regulējuma kritisko jautājumu izpētei. Šī grupa īpaši koncentrējas uz sarežģītiem sporta, tiesību un politikas jautājumiem, pētot to ietekmi gan valsts, gan starptautiskā līmenī.
Ar sportu saistītie juridiskie un politiskie jautājumi ietver plašu tēmu loku, tostarp pārvaldību, ētiku, atbilstību un tiesiskā regulējuma ietekmi uz sportistiem, organizācijām un ieinteresētajām personām. Šie jautājumi ir aktuāli globālā un nacionālā kontekstā, kur atšķirīgi juridiskie standarti un politiskā dinamika var radīt sarežģītas problēmas. Pētniecības grupas mērķis ir nodrošināt pārdomātu vadību un stratēģisku virzību nacionālajos sporta tiesību aktos un politikā, vienlaikus ietekmējot standartus un praksi starptautiskajā sporta pārvaldībā, izmantojot stingrus pētniecības projektus un zinātniskas publikācijas.
Pētījuma virziens “Sporta tiesību aktualitātes” primāri ir saistīts ar SDG 16 “Miers, taisnīgums un spēcīgas institūcijas. Turklāt tas skar SDG 3: “Laba veselība un labklājība”.
