CONFERENCE 1^ST DAY

Conference opening ceremony took place at the University of Economics and Culture, Lomonosova 1/5, Riga. In the welcoming speech Vice-rector for Science of the University of Economics and Culture Jelena Titko told that „this conference is a great opportunity for academicians and researchers to presents the results of their studies, to establish new contacts with peers and to spent a wonderful time with colleagues in a friendly environment”.

Plenary session presentations:

Arnis Jankovskis, Expert from the Regulations Division of the Financial and Capital Market Commission, with a presentation 21^st Century Challenges for the Banking Sector

TatjanaVolkova, Professor at the BA School of Business and Finance, vice - chairman of the Council of Higher Education, with a presentation 21^st Century Challenges for Higher Education

INTERNATIONAL EVENING

Conference 1st day was finished with INTERNATIONAL EVENING, in which took part conference particpants and  EKA students. EKA students, Baltic Center, Alisher Mirzaev and Elvira Sultanova – Thank You very much for organization of this great event!
