January 20, 2020. CIRCECO project has been successfully finalized

In January 2020, the international project Online Master Programme for Circular Economy (CIRCECO), in which the EKA University of Applied Sciences (EKA)  participated since 2018, was finished.

The final meeting (Multiplier event) of all the partners was organized by the project Coordinator – European University - RM and took place in Skopje (R.Macedonia) on January 9, 2020. During the meeting representatives of all partner organizations – Zelena Infrastruktura/Green Infrastructure (Croatia), Fakulteta za komercialne in poslovne vede (Slovenia), YES Foundation (Macedonia) and Ekonomikas un kulturas augstskola / EKA University of Applied Sciences (Latvia) – shared their experience regarding the participation in CIRCECO activities and main achievements during the project period.

Participation in CIRCECO project had a great contribution to EKA staff qualification improvement and study process quality improvement, in particular – raising the awareness among EKA academic staff about circular economy concept, replenishing EKA library with two valuable course books for Master programme students, developing new ideas about the update of the curriculum of the existing Master programme “Business administration” and about the development of a new Master programme in the field of Economics.

Besides, new partnerships were established during the project, as well as an existing partnership (with FKPV) was strengthened.
