Overview:

Jevgenija Dehtjare, Head of EKA Scientific Institution and participant in the Network IQ Train-the-Trainer program, delivered an impactful series of lectures titled "Leadership and Networking" at Klaipedos valstybine kolegija (KVK), Lithuania, spanning 8 hours on November 16-17, 2023. The primary objective was to disseminate the ideas and principles of the Network IQ project to both international students and teaching staff at KVK.

Jevgenija Dehtjare′s lectures successfully achieved their goal of disseminating Network IQ project ideas to an international audience at KVK. The diverse range of topics covered and the interactive elements, such as the self-assessment test and networking circle workshop, contributed to a comprehensive learning experience. The impact on students is anticipated to extend beyond the immediate term, with enhanced networking and leadership skills playing a pivotal role in their future successes.
