LEGO workshop for Strategic Planning in Aalen University
A strategy workshop led by Prof. Dr. Kaspars Steinbergs (EKA University of Applied Sciences, Latvia) took place at Aalen University. Prof. Steinbergs is a guest as part of the International Week June 04.-07.2024.
The unique aspect of the workshop: The Master′s students from Sustainable Business Management (MNU) and Financial Management (MF) had only LEGO bricks at their disposal to solve exciting cases.
Lessons learned:
1) Even complex issues can be tangibly represented with LEGO bricks
2) Collaborative group work on a shared strategy can be achieved using both words and LEGO bricks
3) Developing solution strategies as a team with LEGO bricks is simply fun!
