To give students the opportunity to participate in real projects and collaborate with companies, this semester marketing students will develop marketing plans for SIA AITRADE and then present them to the company’s representatives.
To better understand the company’s operations, in March second-year international students from the marketing program went on a study visit to SIA AITRADE, where they met with the company’s CEO, Irina Serbinenko. During the meeting, students were introduced to the company’s mission, goals, and main areas of activity. They actively asked questions of interest and later had the opportunity to take a short tour of the company’s premises and warehouses.
The visit was organized by Anna Shnaider, PhD in Philology and project supervisor this year, with the aim of providing students with a deeper understanding of the company, its needs, and challenges, in order to help them achieve the best possible results when presenting their projects.
Overall, such visits are aimed at giving students real-life insight into how a company operates, how processes are structured, what can be improved, and how their knowledge can contribute to an established business not only within an academic project but also in practice.
Additionally, students were invited to apply for job vacancies announced by the company. They also exchanged contact information with company representatives. The best work will be awarded a cash prize, and the developed marketing plan may also be implemented in the company’s operations.
