International Conference “Bridging Digital Gaps: Empowering Learners through Green and Digital Skills”

EKA University of Applied Sciences, in collaboration with the European Digital Learning Network (Dlearn), is pleased to announce the upcoming international conference “Bridging Digital Gaps: Empowering Learners through Green and Digital Skills”, which will take place on September 17, 2025, at the EKA premises in Riga, Latvia (Pērnavas iela 62).

The event will bring together academics, researchers, practitioners, policy-makers, and industry stakeholders to discuss one of the most pressing challenges of our time – ensuring that learners, employees, and citizens are equipped with the digital and green skills needed to thrive in a rapidly changing world.
