Scientific activities
The University College of Economics and Culture organizes annual international scientific conferences where students and professors of the university participate. Scientific papers prepared by spokespersons of the UCEC are published in Latvian and international publications. Lecturers of the UCEC present their scientific research and reports at international conferences organized by higher education institutions of Latvia and Europe.
Scientific journal “Economics and Culture” is published annually. In cooperation with Alberta College, collection of scientific research papers prepared by students of the University College of Economics and Culture and Alberta College is published every year.
We are proud of our academic staff members – experts of the Latvian Council of Science: Dr.oec., prof. S.Keišs; Dr.oec., Dr.phil., prof. V.Vēvere; Dr.oec. prof. I.Šīna; Dr.paed., as.prof. Jermolajeva.
