Waiting for the most beautiful holiday of the year, on December 18^th the Student Council of the University College of Economics and Culture (EKA SP) invites you to enjoy pre-holiday feelings at Christmas party “Under the starry sky”. Starting from 19:00 everyone is welcome at concert-bar „Laternu stundā” (109 Brivibas Street, enter from the Palidzibas Street) where at 20:00 starfall will start. Dress code – evening gowns, dresses for women, suits for men. Free entry for the first 50 students of the UCEC, afterwards entrance fee - 1 € for students and graduates of the UCEC, 2 € - for students of other high schools.

Band „Quartet of five” and Dj LevelUp will take care of good mood allowing everyone to enjoy unforgettable dance swirls under the stars. The evening program includes competitions where every guest will have a chance to win valuable prizes from our special Christmas party sponsors.

Lecturer Velga Vevere on why it is important to attend the party: “It is a great possibility to find connection between students and professors. Each year this time is spent really cheerfully!”, when 4^th grade student Monta Valdmane says about the party: “This is a possibility to start Christmas celebrations, end study semester and take a rest before a tense exam period. Previous years, Christmas parties had cosy, pleasurable mood that allowed everyone to feel being part of one big family. So why not to start celebration with your second “family”?”
